Intero
By Leo Sipowicz
We live in a burrata saturated world, but that’s not reason alone to give up on ordering the deliciously creamy cheese at burrata positive restaurants like Intero.
On my last visit I experienced the house made burrata delicately plopped over a crispy bok choy and chili vinaigrette. It was cuisine bending and delivered miraculous flavors and oral sensations. The menu is layered with similarly off beat interpretations of Italian classics.
It's not quite a traditional Italian restaurant but it delivers on satisfying flavors and familiar dishes. Like tuning in to a Richard Linklater marathon and catching "Everybody Wants Some" when you were expecting "Dazed and Confused", Intero is a twist on an original leaving you wanting another helping of Glen Powell or Burrata Bok Choy.
