Henry Long is a contributing columnist and founding member of the Glyptodon whose works in the blogosphere span decades. He first dipped his toes in the creative writing space with LetsReview.blog. A recently expired domain that was known for its brave and unprecedented takes on the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Following his splashy start, Henry launched The Swoop with co-founder Henry Bolin. The Swoop was a monthly magazine focusing on the student experience for which Henry not only wrote and edited but also designed. In college, Henry was an infrequent contributor to the WRGW blog. The blog of the oldest college radio station in America. It was in this period he penned some of his great works like Folklore- Taylor Swift Album Review and Get Out Your Pitchforks. Fans of avant garde poetry may know Henry from his seminal work A Breakdown of “A Long Dress” by Gertrude Stein which has been showered with acclaim from strangers on the internet and exactly one professor.

When he is not writing, Henry can be found around town advocating for smarter urbanist development and safer streets for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. You might even spot him with fellow contributor and founder, Leo Sipowicz, searching for that elusive birdie at Butler Pitch & Putt. His contributions to the Glyptodon range from globally relevant criticism to the smallest happenings around town.
